I'm a native of Moss Point, MS and have been in the area for over 10 years. I have over 20 years of tax preparation experience with individual and small business income taxes. I decided to become a business owner so that I could leave a legacy for my children and they would gain the business knowledge of assisting in giving back to the community.
Education
Having obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Jackson State University in Jackson, MS and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Capella University and working towards a Graduate Certification in Accounting gave me a thirst and foundation of ensuring that my business was properly educated and prepared to assist in our society during these economical times. Also, I am an annual filing season program participant with the IRS.
Experience
Experience as a Tax Preparer at H& R Block, former Counselor/Register at Dallas County Juvenile Justice Alternative School in Dallas, Texas and a Misdemeanor Probation Officer in Pascagoula, MS, has taught me to work well with the people of my community and environment. I believe that my enthusiasm to help others in training them and educating them about their financial situations can be the greatest asset to this business and community. Also, a Participant of the Annual Season Filers Program with the IRS.
